'The Tempest' is a story of magic, love and deception, performed for families by the students in the two-week ReACT 2007 Summer Theatre Workshop. A cast of performers age 6-14 present this original musical version of Shakespeare's 'The Tempest' with music by Rene Lewis Pfister. It includes 8 hip original songs and is complete with audience participation.

The performance will last approximately one hour

ReACT Theatre Project is in it's third year of providing high-quality, low cost theatre education for young people in Maynard and surrounding communities. We offer dynamic summer workshops in which students learn about and perform an original musical version of a Shakespearean play.
