Theater in the Open has been part of the artistic community for over 25 years and they return to the Firehouse for the 16th consecutive year with their annual holiday production. This year, they bring to the stage the famous Russian fairytale, The Snow Queen, directed by Bonnie Jean Wilbur.
One of Andersen's most beloved fairy tales, this is a story of friendship and the triumph of love over wickedness. The story follows Gerda (a young girl) who is forced to battle the wicked Snow Queen in order to save the soul of her beloved friend Kay (a young boy). Don't miss this wonderful story filled with beautiful imagery and dance. A perfect way to spend quality time during the holidays with the entire family.
