The Polar Express Annual Holiday event was initially created to support the Isabella Rose Marino Endowment Fund, established in 2002 in honor of Bella Marino, who passed away at the age of four from a rare blood disorder.
Bella’s parents, Rich and Josie Marino, have kept the memory of Bella alive and have brought joy to many children with the annual showing of the Polar Express movie at The Cabot.
In addition to the film, the event features a visit from Santa Claus, holiday-themed kids games, free cookies and milk, and pre-signed books by author Chris Van Allsburg who, along with his wife Lisa, have been big supporters of this North Shore tradition for years.
Our generous sponsor, Mortgage Network, ensures that the Polar Express Annual Holiday event will be a family tradition for years to come!
After a two year absence due to COVID concerns, the Polar Express event will be held on Sunday, December 11th.
Kids and their parents are encouraged to wear their pajamas and settle in for an afternoon of holiday fun!
Mark your calendars as this event usually sells out.
