With the purchase of a ticket to NSMT's The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, you are invited to enroll your child in a special free onsite theater workshop while you attend the show. NSMT's qualified and experienced teaching staff will lead classes in acting, dancing, and singing- just steps away from your seat in the theater! It's a great way for parents and kids to enjoy a fun afternoon at NSMT!

The Kids Club is open to children ages 4-11. Children should be dropped off at 1:30 pm in the Theater Arts and Education building at North Shore Music Theatre and pick up is promptly after the musical has ended. Matinee productions begin at 2:00 pm. All children must be toilet-trained. A maximum of 25 children per session. A minimum number of 10 attendees required to host the program. This program is free of charge, but advanced reservations are required by Friday before Sunday show.

Totally works

North Shore Music Theatre is running a program where, once per each show, they have a matinee where you can attend the performance and your child goes to a theater class -- for free. This totally worked for us, and I wish I had done it before. I hope they continue the program, as my 7-year-old LOVED it, and I got to see a show in peace.
