Come celebrate the life of Boston matriarch, Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy and explore her neighborhood and Boston’s newest park, the Rose F. Kennedy Greenway, named in her honor. Join Boston Women’s Heritage Trail tour guides as we explore the North End to learn about Rose’s background and childhood. Enjoy the Rose Kennedy Garden in Christopher Columbus Park and the Greenway Mothers Walk. This tour is free and suitable for both children and adults

This tour was created to complement a classroom program on Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy’s life developed by The Education Department at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. Classroom curriculum and maps to take a self-guided tour are available on the Conservancy’s website, www.rosekennedygreenway.org.
