What was life like 200 years ago? On Saturday, November 19 at 10:30am, kids will find out how people ate, slept, worked, and played during this special tour! They'll explore the Gore Place mansion with a costumed guide and take part in fun activities and puzzles.

This activity is designed for children 8 to 12 years old. Reservations are required by November 17 as space is limited. To reserve, email tamar.agulian@goreplace.org or call (781) 894-2798.

About Gore Place:
Built in 1806, the mansion at Gore Place is considered by many to be the finest example of Federal period architecture in New England. Gore Place is located at 52 Gore Street, just off Route 20 (Main Street) near the Waltham/Watertown line and accessible via the 70 or 70A bus. Gore Place is located at 52 Gore Street in Waltham, Massachusetts just off Route 20. From I-90 (Mass Pike) take exit 17 to Watertown Square. Turn left onto Route 20 (Main Street). Travel 1~1/4 miles to Gore Street. From Route 128/I-95 exit 26 to Route 20 east (Main Street) 3~1/2 miles to Gore Street.
