It's hard to believe, but here on Beacon Hill, the Boston Strangler, the city's most notorious serial killer, who terrorized its citizens during an 18 month killing spree, struck not once, but twice, or that one of the city's most respected citizens, Professor John Webster, would commit one of the most gruesome and famous murders...
