Built atop fill from the Big Dig excavations, the new park is sure to be a hit. In conjunction with WalkBoston, Mayor Menino and Spectacle Island Park Rangers will lead a tour through the park following a boat ride from Long Wharf. Get on the boat, and see all that the island has to offer.
