This 1694 farm house stands on its original site. Lived in by generations of the Paine Family, in the early 20th century it was turned into the 'guest house' after the larger house was built. It was furnished then in the Colonial Revival style, and contains early North Shore period furnishings. A very rare indoor dairy was excavated recently and is on view.
This tour occurs on the first Saturdays and Sundays of each month from, June - October, 1 - 3.
