This style of yoga uses heat-generating sequences of postures, or asanas, a mind-focusing breathing technique, and a varied sequence of postures, personalized to meet the experience, needs, and desires of students. This class is appropriate for new and experienced students wishing to strengthen the foundation of their practice.
