With the MLS season on pause, the Revolution players are staying sharp by practicing their skills at home and we want to see how you stack up! In the club’s “UHC Home with the Pros” video series, the Revs invite you and your family to test your skills and stay active while in the safety of your home.
Professional athletes are just like the rest of us right now – quarantined and using whatever they have around their home to stay fit.
The Revs video series features players demonstrating 1-2 minutes of drills for all ages to practice balance, strength and footwork with items such as books, socks and shoes.
We’d love to see you test your skills to stay sharp while social distancing and share on social media, tagging @NERevolution and hashtag #NERevs. This fun activity is a way to encourage staying fit and training like a pro while homebound.
