YoYo invites kids to go on a fitness adventure, with tons of fun exercises including moving like animals, traveling in all sorts of vehicles, balancing into yoga poses, and practicing power poses, affirmations, and an attitude of gratitude.

Enjoy working out with special guest Carly Ciarrocchi from Universal Kids on April 9.

Kids are encouraged to wear a costume or get dressed up in something FUN, (optional!)
