Join the USS Constitution Museum for a fun discussion of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl! We will share favorite clips from the movie, relevant historical information and movie trivia!

But what a ship is… what the Black Pearl really is… is freedom”- Captain Jack Sparrow, Pirates of the Caribbean Join the USS Constitution Museum’s Maritime Movie Club for a discussion of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl on Wednesday, December 30th at 3 p.m. ET.

Prepare for a swashbuckling adventure with hosts Carl Herzog, Public Historian, and Jennifer Zanolli, Manager of Interpretation & Visitor Services, as they discuss Disney’s inspiration – both fictional and historical – for the iconic portrayals in the movie.
December 14 – December 30 | Watch Pirates of the Caribbean Make some popcorn and watch as blacksmith Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) teams up with the eccentric pirate captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) to save the island governor’s daughter, Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley), from the infamous pirate ship and its cursed crew.

The Curse of the Black Pearl is recommended for ages 10+.
