Run Wild!
Zoo New England is excited to be hosting its first virtual Run Wild 5k Series, taking place this April, July, and October.
The first of the virtual 5K events is being held in April, and registrants are invited to join the pack and set out for a run, walk, or stroll on a route of their choosing at any time during the month.
Registration costs $30 to enter an individual race or $75 to register for the entire Run Wild Virtual 5K Series.
The second race “Run Wilder” takes place in July 2021 (registration opens May 1) and the third race, “Run Wildest” takes place in October 2021 (with registration opening August 1).
The first 100 registrants for this event will receive a custom Run Wild face mask!
Registrants can also customize their downloadable race bib and take a photo with their finisher certificate to share on social media using the hashtag #ZNERunWild.
The registration fee from this event supports the continued growth and operation of Zoo New England, and its mission to protect and preserve the incredible biodiversity on this planet.
Runners are also invited to go the extra mile and become a Champion for the Zoo with a personalized fundraising page to continue raising important funds for the Zoo.
Champions will receive a one-year individual membership to Zoo New England’s young professionals group, The Wild Things, and the top three fundraisers will win a behind-the-scenes tour!
