During this Series, we will collaborate with local restaurants and small businesses to bring you unique evenings that blend food, music, and social connections.
On May 1, 2021 at 5pm, owner/chef at Mei Mei Boston and six-time James Beard Foundation Rising Star Chef semi-finalist, Irene Li will lead a virtual dumpling-making class perfect for the whole family.
Throughout the virtual evening, you will be treated to performances by professional teaching artists and select students from BMP.
This hands-on class covers everything you need to make dumplings at home including hand-folding techniques and how to achieve that perfect pan-sear.
We’ll share all the tips and tricks you need to host your very own dumpling party!
