WGBH's June TV Pledge Drive- June 30th

WGBH is public service media for New England -- on TV, radio, the Web, and out in the community.
WGBH’s TV Pledge Production Department is one of the most visible and recognized fundraising groups within WGBH.
Highlighting the scope and mission of the WGBH Educational Foundation, and engaging viewers to support that cause, the TV Pledge Production department raises money towards WGBH's annual operating budget helping to keep the programs viewers trust and enjoy on the air!
Pledge Operators answer phones and record pledges of support from donors as part of WGBH’s fundraising drives.
Qualifications include excellent customer services skills and friendly disposition; strong command of the English language; ability to speak loudly and clearly over the telephone; capacity to hear callers over the phone with ease; and experience using a laptop computer with basic data entry skills.
A pledge shift includes dinner and training.
Volunteers must email jaime_reese@wgbh.orgto volunteer for this event and be sure to include their full name and any relevant work or volunteer experience (a plus).
Although we appreciate everyone's willingness to volunteer, there are a limited number of volunteer positions available.
