August is a prime time for pledging and we hope you'll be able to help out during a TV pledge night later this month.

When: Wednesday, August 20, 2014

Position needed: 21 Pledge Operators (5:30-11pm)

Pledge Operators answer phones and record pledges of support from donors as part of WGBH's fundraising drives.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and friendly disposition Strong command of the English language Ability to speak loudly and clearly over the telephone Capacity to hear callers over the phone with ease Experience using a laptop computer and basic data entry skills Time commitment

WGBH needs TV Pledge volunteers from 5:30-11pm on Wednesday, August 20.

You must be available for the entire shift in order to volunteer.

All shifts include time for dinner and training.

WGBH is unable to accommodate late arrivals and/or early departures.

Please email me at jaime_reese@wgbh.org if you'd like to volunteer as a Pledge Operator as soon as possible.
