WGBH: Studio Audience Volunteers Needed for Sing That Thing

Sing That Thing! is taping its grand finale on Tuesday, May 5, 2015.
Join host Anthony Trecek-King and coaches Jane Eaglen, Larry Watson and Jared Bowen in the live audience!
Experience the joy of choral music during the grand finale of Sing That Thing!, a true celebration of amateur singing, with high school, college and adult groups-- all vying for their chance to become the champion of Sing That Thing!’s first season.
To be in the audience, please RSVP as soon as possible because seating is limited.
All audience members must be at least 12-years-old.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Arrival Time: Doors open at 6:45pm and studio doors close promptly at 7:15pm.
Guests will be seated in the studio according to production needs.
As an audience member, you will be expected to remain seated for the duration of the taping, which will last approximately three hours with a 15-minute intermission.
• Use of Image: Studio tapings and the video of the audience members will be distributed in all media, including but not limited to television, websites and mobile devices.
• Dress: The attire for the taping is “business casual.” Clothing featuring prominent commercial logos, slogans or objectionable messages will not be permitted in the studio.
• Confidentiality: Sing That Thing!
finale will be taped in advance of its broadcast.
We expect you to keep the results private until they are broadcast.
By entering the Studio, you agree to the confidentiality agreement posted at the entrance of these spaces.
• Cell Phones: Cell phones can interfere with studio microphone audio frequencies.
You will be asked to turn your phone completely off during the taping.
• Photographs: No photograph or recording devices are allowed during the taping.
At the discretion of WGBH, use of these devices may be permissible prior to the taping.
• Cancellation: Seats are in high demand and must be filled for a successful production, so we ask that you make every effort to arrive on time.
