Pledge Operator Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly disposition
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to speak loudly and clearly over the telephone
- Capacity to hear callers over the phone with ease
- Experience using a laptop computer and basic data entry skills
