Position/Shift: Food Host (5-8pm), TIPS Certified Pourer (5-8pm), Greeter (5:15-7:30pm), Registration using an iPad (5:15-7:30pm)
*Volunteers must be at least 21 years of age

• Your full name
• Event choices (including date)
• Preferred shift (if more than one is offered)
