This yard sale is a multi-family yard sale. Items are mostly kids things but there will be some other things. You will be lucky to find items ranging from infant on up, items including clothing, toys, and some furniture pieces. There will also be a bake sale going on simultaneously.

just off 495 and exit 19 or 20. When you exit off 20/rte 85 into Milford, take a left on Fortune Blvd, Rise and Shine Academy is on your right about 1 mile up, just past the Target.

Off exit 19 head into Milford, take the first right onto Beaver Street, follow Beaver and it will become Fortune once you pass Rte 16 continue on Fortune and Rise and Shine Academy is on your left about 1/4 a mile up.
