Upromise customer service

The concept may be good but the customer service isn't. I called twice to get a simple question answered and the person that answered the phone spoke poor English because she was located in India. I was disconnected, of course, and when I called back the second person was harder to understand than the first. I asked to speak to someone with fluent English skills but there was no one available. And of course, there is no other phone number to call to get help. Shame on American companies that outsource to India
