Late afternoon dealFrom 4pm-6pm daily, the Cheesecake Factory (at least in Peabody) now offers a reduced-price menu on the bar side (not just at the bar.) There are about 8 selections between $4 and $5, and they're still very large! We were convinced the waitress misunderstood and brought us regular servings. This a perfect option for an early dinner with kids, as this menu included fried macaroni (for those who like it) and the sliders (min burgers.)
Food ExpI have to say the vibe in a Cheesecake factory is fun, however the lines are too painful to wait (1.5 hours) for food that is not any better than an AppleBees or Denny's.
My Bad Experience In Cheesecake Factory In Braintree Jan 2008 I've been to another location few years ago and I had a wonderful experience, so I wanted the same dish I had when I finally had a chance to visit Braintree branch last week. I couldn't find the exact dish on the menu, so I decided to ask our waitress. She informed me that they had Alfredo sauce with shrimps, so I ordered that. When the dish arrived, I was extremely disappointed that the angel hair pasta was over-cooked, and had absorbed all of the bland white sauce. After having few bites, I still decided to send the dish back because it was reminiscent of cafeteria quality food. I was shocked to find out that the manager refused to refund it to me. I asked for explanation and he told me because I ordered something off the menu, and the bland Alfredo sauce was reduced white sauce designed for kids menu. He even suggested that I could have improved the sauce with cheese that I wasn't offered and salt and pepper. I paid a visit to the restaurant looking for great food and service, not some reduced white sauce I could make at home. I always loved your restaurant, but my unfortunate experience was bad enough to make me not want to return.
Cheesecake FactoryToo long await then only to be disappointed by the poor choice for kids. Not a place to go with children.
Long waits at the new locationWe were thrilled that the Cheesecake Factory opened in at the Northshore Mall, but apparently so is evedryone else because there's a wait of up to several hours. I recommend using the curbside takeout (and saving tip money.) The menu is online.
