At Memories, they offer many different kinds of ice cream, and they also have ice cream cakes that are made daily. They constantly strive to provide the finest and freshest ingredients for their ice cream. In 2003, Marc, who had been in the restaurant business for 15 years, and his wife Patty, who was in human resources, moved from Northern Virginia to Kingston and took over Memories. Both were looking for a simpler life with their three children and an opportunity to get involved with a wonderful business that had a great reputation.
