The 49-seat restaurant serves breakfast and lunch, and the menu items range from a traditional Irish breakfast to linguini with calamari to the Tirana orange salad – named after the Albanian capital where Berberi was born, it is the one Albanian item on the menu.

Arben Berberi, owner/chef, created the menu of the Granite Street Cafe in Quincy as a mix of ethnicities and flavors. He incorporated the Irish breakfasts served by the restaurant that previously filled the space with the Italian food he used to cook in the North End.
