Bobs Discount FurnitureThis was easily the worst shopping experience of my life. 2,000 dollars worth of furniture and within 6 months the leather is cracking and beginning to peal. No need to worry though we have the goof proof plan! Oh that's right, they only fix holes or rips and we are not covered even though all our furniture is falling apart.
We have contacted every avenue of Bob's and have gotten zero assistance or one person to admit they sold us crap. If a picture is worth a thousand words check out my avatar as that is the seat cushion to my leather couch. We are a family of three and that's how it looked after one year. We no longer use that cushion so now the others are starting to look like one. It is a complete embarrassment to have people come over and sit on our couch!!!
