Please bring your preferred/best/sharpest kitchen knife, so we can give exactly the advice you need to make great sushi at home.
Additional materials will be provided.
All ingredients including farm fresh vegetables will be provided.

Hoso-Maki (classic roll): Shiitake/mushrooms + cream cheese (avocado)
Te-Maki (cone roll): Cucumber, arugula, tamago*, cabbage turnip pickle Inside-out-Maki (California roll): Tamago*, beet root, cream cheese (avocado), sesame/lemon/chives Futo-Maki (big roll): Tamago*, summer squash, mango, cucumber, avocado, arugula, chives, shiitake
*Tamago- Japanese egg omlette, can be optional if you have dietary restrictions.
